Zoe Saldana (born June 19 1978) was born to Asalia Saldana and Aridio Saldana in Passaic New Jersey. Her father is Dominican and her mother is Puerto Rican. Her birthplace was in Queens. She and her family moved from Queens, NY in the Dominican Republic when she was 10, and lived there for seven years. Zoe found a great passion for dancing while living abroad. She began her training in the ECOS Espacio de Danza Dance Academy to learn ballet, along with a myriad of other styles of dance. Not only did her training give her a chance to express the enthusiastic and energetic youngster and her family, but it was also proving to be an excellent preparation to her acting career. Zoe moved together with family members to United States at age 17 when she began to develop an enthusiasm for dance. And it was also there that her passion for theater performances was heightened. Zoe isn't just holding her own in big motion-picture productions, but also gained the respect and praise from industry professionals like Jerry Bruckheimer and Steven Spielberg and other actors/actresses including Tom Hanks, Bernie Mac, Keira Knightley, Ashton Kutcher, Kirsten Dunst and Orlando Bloom. The Outfit from Focus Feature's director Graham Moore is another film that she appears in. part with Mark Rylance, Dylan O'Brien and others. She earned a nomination for "Best Leading Performance" for the 2022 BIFA for her performance. Deutch along with writer Katie Silberman will then reunite for their second romantic comedies, Most Dangerous Game. Deutch has previously worked with Silberman in the Netflix hit Set It Up 2018.
