Anna Silk is a Fredericton native, the daughter Peter Silk, who was an academic. The mother of her, Ilkay Silk, had many abilities, which included the ability to act, direct production, create plays teaching, as well as be the Director of Drama at St. Thomas University. Anna Silk is the child of a Briton and the son of a Turkish Cypriot English ex-pat. Anna appeared in numerous commercials in her youth. Anna moved to Toronto, Ontario, for the purpose of pursuing her acting. The decade which followed, she made the move in Los Angeles. Anna came across Seth Cooperman in 2007 at an acting training located in Los Angeles, and they became engaged in 2009. Anna, who had converted to Judaism in the year before Seth Cooperman and Anna had been married in December 2010 in Fredericton.
